Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume sales periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Marah’s Matcha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Limited Inventory Notice
Many of our products are imported from Japan in limited quantities. Because of this, some items may sell out quickly and replacements may not always be available.
